By accessing and using the Bleet website (available at Bleet.ai), you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our site. By continuing to browse or use our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Policy on AI-Generated Content Ownership

All content generated by artificial intelligence on Bleet, including but not limited to images, videos, sounds, texts, and other multimedia creations, is provided as royalty-free content. You are free to use, copy, distribute, modify, and share this content for commercial or personal purposes without requiring explicit permission from us.

2.1. Ownership and Usage Rights

AI-generated content is royalty-free and may be used as follows:

  • Commercial Use: You may use the AI-generated content for commercial purposes, including creating products, advertisements, marketing materials, and other commercial activities without requiring additional payment or permission.
  • Personal Use: The content may also be used for personal projects, such as artistic creations, social media posts, and other non-commercial uses.

2.2. Usage Restrictions

While AI-generated content on our site is royalty-free, the following restrictions apply to ensure ethical and legal use:

  • Compliance with Laws: You must use the content in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the content.
  • No Offensive or Harmful Use: The content must not be used in any manner that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, or harmful. This includes but is not limited to content that promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or any form of harassment.
  • No Misrepresentation: You may not use the content in a way that misrepresents its origin or the endorsement of Bleet. The content should not be used to falsely imply an affiliation or partnership with Bleet.
  • No Infringement of Rights: You must not use the content to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes avoiding any usage that could lead to claims of copyright infringement or trademark violations.
  • Ethical Use: The content should not be used to create or support material that violates ethical standards, including material that promotes illegal activities, unethical behavior, or harmful practices.

2.3. Content Modifications and Removal

We reserve the right to modify or remove any AI-generated content at any time without prior notice. These changes will not affect rights acquired prior to the change.

2.4. Responsibilities

Failure to adhere to these restrictions may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our site and/or legal action. By using the AI-generated content, you agree to indemnify and hold Bleet harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse or violation of these restrictions.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality user experience. Here are the terms and conditions related to refunds:

3.1. Accepted Refund Conditions

Refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Unused Tokens on Subscription Purchase: Refunds are only available if the tokens included in your subscription have not been used. If you purchased a subscription but have not used the associated tokens, you may request a refund. Once the tokens have been used, no refund will be issued for the subscription.
  • Unused Tokens on Pack Purchase: Refunds are also available for tokens purchased in a pack, provided they have not been used. If you purchased a token pack and have not used the tokens, you may request a refund. Similar to subscriptions, used tokens are not eligible for a refund.
  • Service Unavailable: If you purchased a service or access that turns out to be unavailable or inaccessible due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must provide proof that the service was indeed unavailable when you attempted to access it.

3.2. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Service Usage: No refunds will be issued for services or tokens that have already been used. Each use of our services incurs immediate costs on our part with third-party providers, making refunds after usage impossible.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept refund requests based on a change of mind or dissatisfaction after using the services or tokens.
  • Non-Compliance Requests: Refund requests not meeting the conditions outlined above will be denied.

3.3. Refund Request Procedure

  1. Submit a Request: To initiate a refund request under the accepted conditions, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following information:
  • A reason for the refund request
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The amount you are requesting to be refunded
  1. Request Review: Our team will review your request in a reasonable timeframe, generally within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  2. Decision and Notification: We will inform you of our decision via email. If approved, refunds will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

When you choose to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan, the change is instantly applied after payment is confirmed. This process ensures that you immediately receive the features and credits associated with your new plan.

4.1 Resetting Features and Credits

  • Upgrading to a higher plan: If you upgrade to a higher plan, you will not lose the features or tools you currently have. You will retain all the features from your previous plan while gaining access to additional features and tools from the new plan.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan: If you downgrade to a lower plan, you will lose certain features and tools that are not included in the new plan. Your access will be limited to the features available in the lower plan.
  • Credits: Any remaining credits from your previous plan will be reset. You will receive the credits included in your new plan, with no compensation for unused credits from your previous plan.

4.2. Financial Conditions for Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

No refunds or financial compensation will be given, whether for the price difference between plans or for unused features and credits from the previous plan.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. In the event of cancellation:

  • Current Period: The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Non-Renewal: The subscription will not renew after the end of the current cycle.
  • Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for unused portions of any subscription period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. You also agree not to:

  • Disrupt or Damage: Disrupt, damage, or compromise the functionality of our site or servers.
  • Transmit Malware: Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Collect Personal Information: Collect or store personal information from other users without their consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our site, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other rights, are the exclusive property of Bleet or our licensors. These rights not only protect the content published on our site but also the manner in which this content is presented, organized, and accessible.

This includes, but is not limited to, reproduction on other websites, reuse in printed or digital publications, as well as any adaptation or transformation of our original content.

We reserve the right to take appropriate measures to protect our intellectual property rights, including but not limited to pursuing legal action in the event of infringement. It is also important to respect the intellectual property rights of third parties, which may be present on our site in the form of links or content.

8. Affiliate

All users with an account at Bleet can participate in our affiliate program. Each user can find their unique affiliate link directly in the "Affiliate" section of their account. By sharing this link, the user will earn a 20% commission on each sale made. For subscriptions, this commission applies only to the first payment of each subscription, while for one-time purchases, like credit packs, it is calculated on every order.

Commission payments are made when the balance reaches a minimum of $20. Once this amount is reached, the payment will be automatically processed via the payment method provided by the user. Currently, we only offer payment through PayPal. The payment processing time is between 24 and 72 hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website. This includes losses of profits, data, and interruptions of business, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service that may occur due to technical issues or unforeseen events. Any information obtained through our site is used at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for evaluating its accuracy and reliability.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our direct control.
